I am trying to find a banking option where I can have numerous accounts for my employees. Are there any financial companies that offer this? I need US accounts with account numbers and routing numbers, to help with organizing payments. Thanks in advance for your advice!

Employees usually have their own bank accounts. Companies don't provide bank accounts for their employees.
If they need US bank accounts, they can use a service like Wise (check what's available based on where they live) or Payoneer.
