What are the best and most secret payment processors available?

There are tons of threads around saying there is this and there and everywhere but I find it very difficult to find the right payment processor that accept high risk business.

There are a few mentioned, I also checked the resource database, all fine, but I need more.

It's simple Internet business subscription based. I sell some ebook and teaching people in stuff in membership areas.

They all say it is high risk!

2. Where are owners based?
3. Where are clients based?
