Biohacking + Business: What Actually Works?

Hey gents,

I've been lurking for a while, but finally jumping in.

I'm deep into fintech and automation stuff by trade, but in the background I've been quietly testing what actually moves the needle for energy, focus, and long-term health , not the YouTube guru fluff, but real protocols.

Tried a bunch:

– NAD+ IVs

– Cold plunges every morning (yes, even when traveling)

– Low-dose selegiline + microdosing

– Blood glucose tracking with CGM

– Dopamine reset weekends (no phone, no dopamine bombs)

– Even went full Bryan Johnson for a month (don’t recommend unless you’re into masochism)

Some of it’s hype, some changed how I work entirely. Happy to share what worked and what didn't.

Would love to hear your top 1-2 protocols , whether it’s tech, supplements, old-school discipline or whatever helped you build better output.

Let’s not waste time , what’s legit?

everyday do something you genuinely enjoy and what you're looking for at least for an hour

everyday do something to get sweaty - manual work, sport, exercise

avoid people you don't like to deal with under all circumstances

don't forget to maximize triple S (sun, sand, sex)

live and work in a place with an open view

no FB, instagram and other bulls**t where your attention is feeding someone else

and a tough one to follow... time is scarce, life is finite, think twice what you spend in on and don't be afraid to let things go just because of an emotional investment

not that I can always follow my own rules

The best trades of my entire crypto trading career were during Covid.

At that time, I had a massive cocaine issue lol.

I leave it here, maybe it helps someone

I agree, sums it all up not much to add here.

Magnesium at night . Creatine 3-4 times week. Carb controlled diet (pizza allowed once a week). Strenuous exercise 3-4 times a week (if you are under 40 then make it 5 times a week) If you make money solving problems (brain energy) allow yourself some distraction every often.

My topic! I am 31 and my biological age is 23.

Happy you opened this here! Biohacking can help a lot with productivity, overall quality of life, and honestly looks like it could be one of the biggest industries in the future.

It really depends on what your goal is with biohacking.

If it’s productivity, you’re already doing well by keeping an eye on your dopamine. Also avoid distractions and work in a place where you feel comfortable. Besides good diet and exercise (of course), brain hacks that seem to work include microdosing psychedelics and taking nootropics.

No matter what your goal is, the #1 hack is good sleep.

One guy told me: “There are so many problems good sleep can fix, and so many that bad sleep can create.” Not just physically, but mentally too.

Same with overall health , if you want to improve it, you need to track it. For sleep tracking, the Oura Ring seems to be the best option right now.

Also recommend doing one big test retreat. I did one in India , tests that would cost €20–30k in Europe/US cost around €6k there. That included gene testing, bloodwork, full-body MRI, DEXA, etc. You’ll see what needs improvement. Then: adjust → test again → adjust → test again… and so on.

So much to do nowdays. So at the end it just depend whats your goal and how much time/money you wanna invest.

Hello, JozefMrkvicka

Can you share more detail on the tests? like full programs what was tested and in what way? or perhaps you may post a link to the venue?

@AndyAresa I taking this one in Aiwo in Chennai. Sent DM if interested we are there as a group of enthusiasts twice a year with some of the best biohackers in the world.

100% what you wrote, I would add intermittent fasting, do sports consistently, build good health habits, do your best not to hurt yourself in the gym.

Don't buy overpriced supplements, don't listen to snake-oil salesmen like Bryan Johnson, stick to stuff that has at least 10 years of tests and research.

Keep it simple.
