Good OTC directory in Europe for those with cash and want to exchange it into crypto: Exchange Cash EUR to Monero (XMR) where is the best exchange rate?
They sell all types of crypto for cash, though I personally would only take XMR (even if the commissions are higher) - I don't trust random Russian/ Ukranian brokers online. They may sell you with tainted coins, and XMR eliminates the dirty coin problem.
Obviously cash to crypto is always a balance of safety and trust, you don't start with large amounts from the get-go...
But the question is: are there other bureaus that give better cash to Monero rates? The best I see (for EUR) is 2.5% in Seville, Spain, from 60SEK. The guys were unfortunately mentioned in a public article, so who knows how long they'll survive before getting busted.
