We offer:

Citizenship by Investment

Antigua & Barbuda

St. Kitts & Nevis

Dominica

Vanuatu

St. Lucia

Citizenship by Naturalization (which means you need to mature the requirements)

Panama

Paraguay

We also helped with citizenship by descent applications in other countries like Czech Rep. or Italy, but that is something we do only on request and after an evaluation.

Why are the costs so high ?

For how long have you been in business? Do you have any track record?

Any special offer for OCT members against reviews?

  • Our prices are higher compared to other professionals because we offer a high-level assistance before, during and after sale. The client is not left alone. You have a dedicated Relationship Manager that keeps you posted and helps you going above and beyond to solve any problem that may arise.

It's not like (for example) we incorporate your LLCs and then you are left alone to figure out which modules you have to send to the IRS. We manage the whole thing for you, any new compliance included.

If you need to visit a country for a residency, we provide on request (and at no ulterior cost) an assistant speaking both English and the local language that comes with you where you need to go.

  • This is our third year in business! Never advertised much, now the business is expanding and we are able to serve more customers as we have more Relationship managers available.

  • Feel free to pm me with your needs, we can have a special offer for OCT members.

Paraguay residency is kind of misleading. First you obtain a 2-year temporary residence and then proceed to the permanent residence. Also, minimum timing is 3-4 months after the required visit to present the documents at the immigration office.

That should be made entirely clear to any one interested.

Generally, it's like you said: the standard process for Paraguayan residency starts with a 2-year temporary permit, followed by the permanent one, and usually takes 3-4 months or more with multiple visits required.

That said, our company operates under a recently signed official agreement with Paraguayan authorities, which allows us to legally represent clients at immigration and the ID department.

This means we can now handle both the residency card and the cédula on the client’s behalf, reducing the process to just one trip, as long as a notarized power of attorney is signed during the firstvisit.

There’s also an official fast-track option available for an extra fee (included in the price), which can shorten processing times to around 45-60 days, though delays can still happen, as with any government process.

Additionally, there's the SAUCE program, which grants permanent residency from day one.

It involves setting up a local company and submitting a business plan (which we prepare), stating your intention to invest at least $70,000 over 10 years. There’s no deadline to invest, and even with zero investment after three years, you’re still eligible to apply for citizenship.

At that point, permanent residency becomes irrelevant, since citizens have automatic residency rights.

So yes, if you're going through the traditional route with a local lawyer, 3-4 months is realistic and (sometimes) even optimistic.

But other legal, accelerated paths do exist.

I need to specify though that you need an additional trip if you want the tax residency. Will add it to the post. Thank you for bringing that up. The last thing we want is someone to be mislead.

Keep in mind anyway that every Relationship Manager has an onboarding call BEFORE the client pays and discloses every possible detail and answers to any question a prospect may have.

I appreciate this reply. I didn't know and will definitely check it out. I'll also bear it in mind for future plans.

One more thing: do you offer instalments or scaled fee payment based on completed milestones?

Usually we evaluate case by case and offer only a 30 or 60 days 2-split instalment, but we can figure out a way to cooperate.

Consider also that you can come to us with a setup in mind but after the discovery call we could establish you need something different for your specific needs and therefore we point you in that direction.

I remember a client that came to us specifically with a NHR Portugal residency with an US LLC + UK LTD as a holding in mind and ended up going to Albania with a simple LLC, because that setup he thought was okay could potentially lead to an IRS (the portuguese tax authority) investigation (and his Portuguese "international tax lawyer" didn't know better, lol).

He ended up saving money as well.

We don't have any particular attachment to any jurisdiction or bank involved as we offer that much choice that eliminates any conflict of interest.

Feel free to contact us through our website to request a call, I will make sure you get in contact with me directly.
