EON Cuts Target Dividend, Plans Up to 11,000 Job Cuts

EON AG said as many as 11,000 jobs could be affected by an effort to reduce costs by about 1.5 billion euros a year and reduced its target dividend to 1 euro a share as it contends with the government-imposed shutdown of nuclear plants in Germany.
