If there’s anything that clearly offers to launder money or exchange crypto to fiat without documentation, it’s only a matter of time before such a service gets shut down.
You’ll need to review the OCT rules again, as you previously confirmed that you have read and understood them. It seems something has been forgotten. Posting links to other forums on OCT is not allowed, and this has been a well-known policy for nearly 15 years.
You are welcome to refer to news sites and other sources; that’s perfectly fine.
Let this be a friendly reminder. If you'd like your post to be deleted, we’ll be happy to do that.
This website shouldn't be recommended. There was entire drama where they were spamming their service, scamming users and in the beginning they had their name as exch.cx if I remember correctly. They were trying to phish users and their website used very suspiciously (as it does now) to exch.ch. They bribed dark.fail (who has been proven to be unreliable in the mean time) to get listed on there. Don't use them for big swaps at all.

I agree. Such are the realities of our world
By the way here are some more services, use them while they are available:
Infinity exchanger should be cautioned. The owners are rumored to be connected with very (and the most) disgusting activity you can think of on the dark web (yeah that). Their coins also come dirty so if you deposit Monero and get Bitcoin that Bitcoin has high chance to be tainted - there's been recorded cases by users of such instances. Kycnotme is a good recommendation although they also sometimes f**k up and add dubious websites.

Hyperliquid for BTC-USDC/ETH etc swaps.
Retoswap for XMR swaps (no fees ATM)
Bisq for XMR swaps (high fees)
Trocador for untrusted swaps where they can lock your funds.

Trocador is merely an aggregator and doesn't execute the swaps themselves instead, they outsource them to third parties while earning a commission.
They do advertise some sort of "insurance" but whether that actually holds up in a serious case like if some shady exchange based in the Seychelles or BVI freezes your funds is highly questionable.
Haven't looked into them but all DEXes the way they operate is to have some sort of gateway infront.
Thorchain does as well they would stop your coins if they are dirty same with many other providers as they control the gateway which means they fall under regulation to make sure sanctioned coins don't go under there. You can make your own gateway into the DEX protocol and use that to do whatever you want but of course that comes with other disadvantages and meta data leaks like IP and more.
