IBKR LLC to Personal

I recently got in touch with an IBKR support agent who claims I can indeed transfer funds between my US LLC and my EU IBKR as compensation/salary/dividend as long as I open a ticket with them, has anyone tried this and successfully moved money without involving a US bank?

You have not specified which currency you will use i.e a US correspondence bank is always involved if currency is in USD.
