Hello all,

Just upgraded to the Mentor group. Because developments with CRS, banks etc are go fast in a not desired direction, I would like to know from some experts how they rate my set up and where / how I could improve in order to pay as less tax as possible and be on the safe side.

I am Western European citizen, Mexican resident. Have my Belize IBC and corporate bank accounts with EPB, Bank of Cyprus + corporate EMI account + corporate brokerage account in USA. Currently in the process of setting up a new account in Mauritius to have not all my eggs in one basket

My business is in the IT software consultancy for big multinationals from Europe on contracts that last several years. 1 client at a time in general with a max of just 18 invoices a year. Work is done almost all remote (from Mexico or wherever) with incidental travelling. Invoices are paid via UK agencies that serve as middlemen.

Costs of life in Mexico are low so I don't need to withdraw much from EPB/BoC.

What are the weaknesses of my setup? How & where to improve?

After all the changes and this long time I assume things have changed already for you! BoC is still your company or have the declined your account ?
