I find this "1924 German External Dawes 7% Gold Bond ”“ $1000 " during my search.

If I am not wrong ,this is a bearer bond .

Do they pay any interest ?
Or It has just collectible value.

All liabilities from this bond are long overdue. You can buy it for a few USD on Ebay as a collector's artifact.

Hi, I would like to form a US LLC as a non-resident, but there are too many services to choose from it's hard to tell which ones are worth it.

Also if any of these services help with opening a bank account that would be a plus, but I assume all of them don't really provide any benefits.

I am looking to open a USA company (inside usa not around like delaware etc). What are the options and any suggested agent to do it?



I want the company to be honest and at my name or nominee. I am doing consulting IT services, cloud services etc.



I also need a bank account in USA i assume to be reliable for customer that will pay and also reliable for me on bank meaning

If you need a service that is specialised for non-US residents, and helps with all steps, Id suggest:

Otherwise the cheapest option is to do the separate steps yourself, like filing the articles of association directly with the state, applying for EIN with the IRS, and picking a cheap registered agent service like Bizee, (or having a friend living in the US that can be your registered agent) and filing the 5472 and 1120 forms directly with the IRS every year.
 
Thank you for the information, so as a non-resident I can actually do all the steps myself as long as I have a US phone number, registered agent and US virtual office address?

Yes, you can. You just need a registered agent (and preferrable one that will use his name on the signature for the renewal filings with the state to keep your name hidden).



A virtual address, PO box etc. is not sufficient for a registered agent. You need a person actually living / working there.

But with their fees starting as low as like $33 per year, I doubt you can save much by hiring homeless guys with a home.

So only registered agent and a phone number is needed, doesn't seem that complicated.

For registered agents do you have any suggestions? lots of people seem to suggest Northwest (probably because they are very cheap)

You'll need an address for your business as well (separate from the registered agent's address) and here you can use a mail forwarding service. And to set this up you'll need a proof of your personal address and a photo id.

We use https://freedomsurfer.com/ and have a Wyoming LLC. Haven't had an issue in 5 years.
