I got a quick question and I hope its the right place! I have opened a bank account in one of the Caribbean islands and was only asked to sign the OECD CRS with a passport from the middle east, I am also an American citizen...would this account consider an offshore or the CRS would be able to find that I'm a us person and share my information to the US (i wasn't asked to sign the fatca)
