SBLC - Money transfer

For the processing of a money transfer, PAA Capital and Onpex should act as a paymaster / cross-border bank. Did someone do something like this? Does anyone know the qualifications of these institutes for the transfer of larger sums?

Let me guess you have an open $500,000,000 SBLC from HSBC in Geneva. Now you need an EMI and someone to work with who will receive a 20% fee for their services.
