Currently on TRT (150mg/week), 5mg Daily Tadalafil and usual suspects of supplements. Tried HCG but Estrogen aromatization was too much. No problems with hair despite doing it now for almost 8 years.

Someone was talking about DHT injections, something I would like to try.

That’s a very basic one, you should check your bloodwork, where you are in terms of T and where you want to be (and how you want to handle E2).
5mg Daily Tadalafil
At 150mg you shouldn’t have high HCT, unless you are dehydrated.

Why HCG? It’s not something you take just for ā€œtryingā€

You must have lucky genes - no androgenetic alopecia.

Don’t do that, ever. If you want to try something, start with increasing T (after bloodwork and with regular further tests), which will also increase your DHT levels (via 5 Alfa reductase).

Thing is first time I made a baby I had to get off TRT to get balls working again - I didn't enjoy being off T for a long time. So I did more to experiment how to stay on TRT for Baby #2. It wasn't just for trying and neither would I want to stay on it forever, but more for not having to go off T next time.

That’s the right use of HCG, but it hasn’t much to do with E2 conversion. Did you ever try to increase your T level naturally? Supplements and lifestyle play a role.
Most importantly, do you really need TRT - which is a therapy for curing a pathological condition - or are you just enjoying having high T levels? If the latter, you are not on TRT but on a cycle, totally different story.
