“We will witness the largest expiry in Deribit’s history tomorrow [Dec. 25] as 86,000 option contracts will expire with a notional value of over $2 billion,” said Luuk Strijers, chief commercial officer at Deribit, the world’s largest bitcoin options exchange. About 35% of all options on the exchange will expire Friday, leading them to expect some volatility on Christmas Day.

Why is the Bitcoin up 5,81% tight now?

Because it does not hit the time zone where it already is the 25/12-2020 or what is wrong with this?

Hi.

I came across a post in Reddit. A guy makes 350 USD per month with 10 minutes. I guess that guy pulls from casinos with some sweepstakes. But it is not available in Turkey. Is there any system as such - this one is only for USA. If there is any kind of similar opportunity I would try. After all I will not pay anything. I want to involve in Turkey.

Any way to involve in such a side hustle?

Below is the link.

When online gambling became legalized in my home country I signed up at every online casino that gave away a lot of free bonuses to lure in new customers. That way I could spin slots hundreds of times without having to put anything in myself. Gained me a nice amount of money, but in retrospect a bit of a waste of time. And honestly, a method like this is as well. It'd be better to invest your time in growing your business. Only if you live in a developing country something like this is worth it. Then it might be an idea to just sign up at every casino and let them spam you. Usually you get a few free spins every Monday, sometimes free bets.

If you don't count the waste of time for looking for this and signing up and thinking about it the whole day, it will leave you with a $70/hour wage. Just that you need to do something each and every day. I don't think it makes any sense.

Thank you Aetherial.

Yes I am in a less developed country. Average minimum salary is 580USD.

However I am financially in a good position with a 6 digit USD portfolio. But as I told Turkish lira is very weak - so I can make 350 USD and I even can donate. I am pretty wealthy in my country. To visualizde what 350USD in Turkey is, multiply that by 20. around 7000 USD - It is a symbolical calculation but to know what it means look at average salary in Turkey - you can make proportion among salaries in USD and in Turkey and USA and multiply that with the salary proportion. You would visualize what 350 USD means.

Is there such a side hustle that is available for Turkish citizens?

I've found turkiye to be cheap, but not that cheap.

I think you need at least 2K usd monthly to feel "wealthy" in Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir

Aren't casinos illegal in Türkiye? And also, you know those freebies normally are aligned with the salaries and willingness to participate. I guess if you use one of their underground casinos, you will be looking more at like $10 per month, given the amount of time available in socitey.

that's not much, so you will live like a king with 10K monthly ?

I know the same thing. If you don't have excessive salary (compared to Turkey) and this is not paid with dollars, you will not be fine in Turkey. As I told - most portion of the Turkish citizens take 580 USD and it depreciates with USD/TRY pair and inflation., because they are paid with TRY. And you can imagine they have also children. Turkey is in the door of poverty level.

I guess it is with all developing countries. If you live local standards, you won't spend much. If you want to live like a king, it costs the same as everywhere else.

The problem is that spending does not scale. Local standards are cheap, but you cannot just spend 10 local spends. Imagine a township in South Africa. You just get one shack, you cannot get 10 of them. Or food in Nigeria, you just get cat fish. Maybe, you can get 10 but then you'll get fat. As soon as you want it nice, prices are same as in Europe.

The Redditor who posted that methodology has a guide with plenty of affiliate links. I'm not sure what it will net him, as he's reliant on those low-value customers suddenly becoming degenerate gamblers if he's on a deal that pays a commission as a percentage of losses.

I don't see how you can replicate it - gambling is completely prohibited in Turkey.

Isn’t this just a flashy “get rich” scam, and nothing more? Who would spend time earning just $350 a month?

The time you spend just reading and trying to put it into action is probably more than it would take to set up a dropshipping business or some other quick model that could make you significantly more.

Not really a scam; it's a legitimate method to earn a few hundred dollars a month by exploiting sweepstakes bonuses.

Whether it's worth it for you is an entirely different question, but I would rather people do this than read about dropshipping tbh, that's a hiding to nothing.

I dunno why this thread is looking down on $350 a month. Or how this is somehow a waste of time. You should always be willing to pick up a dollar bill:

Because they keep spamming you all day long and most likely also sell your personal data.

No. They give that money I guess. After all they are casinos. In the beginning of 2000's people made good money from casinos. They have enough money and cash flow.

Of course, they give you the money. But they will also send you invitations to play more. It is like with bank accounts in the US. They also give you $900 just for opening it. But then, they will send you emails and have your data. In the end, I would say that it is by far more attractive to play the game with US bank acconts than casinos.

Its not a problem for me. I never gambled throughout my whole life. I suggest people in USA involve with that. 350 USD per month spending 10 minutes a day - no money out of pocket. If I was in USA - I would have involved with that.

Secondly - your comments about Turkey. I guess you are not familiar with Turkey or supporter of government. There is a big crisis in Turkey. Similar to southeast asia private sector crisis in 1990's.. There is a big crisis.

No, because there are easier ways to save / make money there. The offer of the casino is subpar. You can get much more much faster without having to go online each and every day.

You can check credit card welcome bonus around the planet, freebies from super markets, etc. around the planet. The US is giving out really a lot while in Türkiye and China, much smaller amounts are sufficient to get attention. The markets are simply much different, and people in different places are more or less willing to spend time to get some money.

It sounds appealing to you. But not to anybody of sound mind in the US.

I have been there enough. Trust me. Inflation is a bit better now than the years before. But I know how it is. I am not sure which comment you are referring to. What I meant to say is that there are many unemployed and poor people in Türkyie. Casinos and banks simple don't have go give out much free cash to attract people. And they definitely won't be giving out $350 per month because if they did, several million would sign up and use this as they daily job due to lack of alternatives.

Any case, I have nothing against Türkiye. Live is hard there. I am just trying to explain why the market there is much different than the US market and that is the reason it is unlikely that you'll find a place to get such free money. And if you do, please keep your mouth shut because once the news is out, there will be millions of your friends doing the same until they close it.

Yes. Thats what I mean. I am financially in a good position. But I calculate even 1 cent, using better product alternatives, getting best commission with rebates and lots of them. 1 dollar is 1 dollar.
