Why would anyone want to steal like 127000 bitcoins if they couldnt possibly launder vast amounts of it in the first place? Take the case of the lubian bitcoin heist where like 15 billion usd worth of bitcoin were stolen… why would anyone take such a risk in the first place? What are they trying to prove?

that case is a bad example. They didnt take any risk. I guess they proved their superiority.
