this kind minor update...in China it may takes one hour to online again~but BOG take one week and freeze the USD transfer~

I think the problem is I'm from China...can't understand this kind inefficiencies

 

"why don't let me know this is the reason that I can't perform USD transfer at the first contact...?

If I know this...I won't feel so worry and sent so many emails & calls to your bank to ask~ = ="



this is what I reply to them...

 

the main problem is their staff don't know or perhaps don't want to tell client the real reason behind the bug...quite unprofessional...make me worried for few days (thinking the bank is involved in money laundering, USD channel has been blocked by US big brother like Latvia banks)~

6 working days...no explanation until last email~

 

Don't you think that Bank of Georgia is just working on your case? They are one of the largest banks in Georgia and take their time.  Toggle signatureNOTE ADD BY ADMIN!!
