I'm doing a little bit of internet marketing and I want to open a extern account (non-Romanian) but without having to meet with them, all online.
I've been looking into some options over here, and I have tried Sogexia (BIG fees for Personal Use) and LeuPay so far.
On this bank account I just want to be able to have a personal (not shared) IBAN which I can use to receive money and then to be able to withdraw them from a ATM (without those BIG BIG fees).
I live in Romania (a SEPA country I heard) and on Sogexia (for example) for a 113 EUR withdrawn from ATM took me -4.23€
