Need some help, I am in a quite difficult situation.
I have a Panamenian corporation (S.A. ) and looking for a bank that opens a bank account to it AND that bank is capable to wire money to Cuba. That means the bank cannot have any ties to the US. The account would be in EUR, so no blockade will be broken. Panamenian banks do not make money transfer towards Cuba. Since the US did put Cuba to the list of Terrorist countries, this issue is more and more difficult.
Other option would be to establish a new company and get a bank account to that new company. Where is it possible that completes the requirements above?
