Fastest way to create a company in EU remotely

What would be the fastest and cheapest way to create a company in a EU country remotely? Also with a bank account.
I am looking at poland as it has some special tax regime (up to 15%) for IT companies. I don’t mind paying taxes there even if i’m not a resident there (want to keep things simple).

Can an accountant help with this remotely, also will WISE or revolut business work instead of a real bank?
