How do I present myself whilst signing contracts and such?

For example I am an beneficial owner + power of attorney of an offshore company ZXC LTD.


But there is a nominee director of ZXC LTD also as a shield.


For example when I want to buy a car or a house for my company in UK or EU, then how do I present myself in contract?


Authorized agent?


Representative?


and what documents should I produce then?


Anyone had experience?
