Payment Service Providers/OTC desks that aren't aggressive?

I read Johnny's review of ActionMan on OTC. He discouraged people from using him... long story short, it led me to this site.

From what I can tell, ActionMan's cash-out solutions are aggressive. Literally a quote from his latest ad post: "Businesses receive large payments for projects all the time. 500k for a 12-month engagement? Normal."
From personal experience - no, not normal.
It's hard enough to get a client to pay upfront for a monthly project, let alone a year-long engagement valued at half a mil. For what? Tech consulting? A future auditor can smell the bullshit from a mile.

Hence the question: are there any PSPs/ OTC desks that don't have the careless mentality of what happens to a client's transfer after it hits their bank account (i.e. future audits, bank retroactive investigations etc.)

P2P deals work if they are properly structured from both sides. Certainly you can’t setup a random LLC today and receive $500k tomorrow for “consulting”.

I find FRNT (OTC desk) quite flexible and accommodating, I reviewed it here: FRNT OTC exchange
But don’t forget that every serious OTC deal must comply with the usual KYC/AML stuff.
