I'm not sure about youtube clown boxers, but you're comparing apples to oranges. Andrew Tate is the only one I know of who promotes the Real World. It's not several "Tates" who promotes the Real World.

I don't understand why you would want to emulate a corporate structure like Andrew Tate's! The man owes 4 million dollars, he is criminal and ruthless - meaning sooner or later it will come out that his tax affairs and corporate structures are not legal either. I did some research and the polish company mentioned on their site is owned in 80% by UK company Nicusz LTD which is owned by belarussian woman resident in Poland - Alena Siuchak.
I think the only reason he is using the polish comapany is because one of his trusted slave girls is resident in Poland.

Thanks for doing some actual research! One of the most valuable posts I've seen so far. Are you saying he only has the Polish company as a trust and not for tax benefits? There should be some tax benefit he gets from this structure too. Is it possible to look up who owns the LLC as well?

Their business model does not require hiring a large number of employees,or they don't want to pay salaries because they don't need to.

If you choose not to hire any staff, it is easily assumed that you are "operating through an offshore company from your own country." However, consider this scenario: you own a shop or a small supermarket in Dubai and have a dedicated manager on site. How could they claim that you are operating it from a different location or that you are working from Romania on it ?

In a case like Andrew Tate he can always say his business from Dubai is real by hiring 5-20 people there, including a manager, so he only receive the dividends or others forms of payments.

He claims he made 600 000$/month and he kept most of it in crypto. He had problems for creating bank account with fake company documents from Bulgaria. He got a lot of lawsuits from people who found out Tate used his girls to romance scam him, but one of the girls who worked for him was an ex police officer and she was asking her ex colleges for help. they solved all the cases for her/him.
